The Opportunity
As a Management Consulting Sector Operations Intern, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will assist in the design and implementation of service delivery models, process optimization, and planning operations. As an Intern, you will support teams and participate in projects, focusing on learning and gaining exposure to our practices. You will perform tasks and conduct research while observing professional work environments and developing your personal brand.

Responsibilities
- Supporting teams in the execution of operations consulting projects within the healthcare sector
- Participating in the analysis and improvement of operational processes to enhance efficiency
- Assisting in the development and implementation of service delivery models tailored to client needs
- Engaging in market research to gather insights and inform business transformation strategies
- Contributing to the planning and coordination of operational plans and resources
- Collaborating with stakeholders to facilitate change management and operational excellence initiatives
- Assisting in the optimization of business performance metrics and operational effectiveness
- Utilizing business data analytics to support decision-making and improve client outcomes
- Observing and learning from experienced professionals to gain exposure to management consulting practices
- Applying intellectual curiosity to explore innovative solutions and drive process improvement
What You Must Have
- At least 1 year of experience
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in one of the following field(s) of study: Public Health, Health Administration
- Summer internships typically take place during the summer preceding the student's final year of school

The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
